VVAY Vintage Lighter, Classic Mental Trench Flip Lighter, Unique for Men - Without Fluid

At the price point it's very good, well constructed and the materials seem to be very sturdy.The top and bottom appear to be press fitted so once the cotton inside is deteriorated after a few years it wouldn't be impossible to replace however a bit difficult compared to the trench lighters the US military used for years!It came with an extra wick and flints which was incredible and unexpected at the price point.I filled it with Zippo brand lighter fluid and immediately noticed this thing holds A LOT of fuel for a little pocket lighter. About twice the fuel capacity of a name brand zippo.The con. It doesn't have a wind shield on the wick so isn't as wind proof as a zippo however it's a petrol wick lighter and is more difficult to blow out than a butane lighter so is mildly wind resistant.Definitely good craftsmanship and great for mild use or as a conversation piece if your looking for a solid reliable lighter and prefer the modern approach to using old technology.

Nicely engraved wolf 🐺 on kerosene/lighter fluid lighter. Easy use, add fluid from bottom w/easy unscrew cap requiring zero tools, just ur fingers. Haven’t yet had replace wick, I hope it’s as easy as adding lighter fluid. Zero issues w/lighter lighting, has dependable lit EVERY time thus far(6-8mo). Pleased w/purchase.

Great metal lighter! The metal is heavy and durable, it comes with some spare flints and an extra wick, and it looks cooler than disposable plastic lighters. I personally prefer this lighter over my Zippo when smoking out of my glass pipe as it lights better horizontally. Highly recommend for anyone looking to invest in a refillable wick lighter!

The media could not be loaded. What a great little lighter! Got this as I was tired of spending money on disposable units, especially when I'd go through them so frequently doing heat shrink on automotive wiring. Especially thoughtful was the inclusion of extra flints, o-ring for the filler port and an extra wick in a really nice little box. Easy to use and solidly built, wish I'd bought one years ago.

Love the etchings on both sides! Very good at keeping fluid in the lighter and lasts a long time because the container is probably air tight. I could see the flip top breaking off is shoved in the pocket alot, but that is not how I use it. Nice weight and feel in the hand. Lights every time. Great deal, love it! Nice soft flame.

Quite a bit better than I was expecting!IMHO, this works as a great alternative to the zippo pipe lighter. The way the top is designed, it can be held in the same angle as the zippo pipe lighter, so it doesn't scorch your rim, and it's pretty windproof.So, if you need windproof but you're used to the old boy size and feel, this is a pretty great option.
