Only needs half hour for the marinade to work. I made a paste of 2 teasp spice, 2cloves garlic, olive oil, half tsp salt and 2tsp of lemon juice to 400g chicken thigh. Bake for 40min on 180c

Purchased on a whim because we like differing flavours but have to say the overwhelming flavour is one of cinnamon so when used again next will have to do some balancing. Might be better used as a marinade
