They are a good value, very small and useful. They don't hold on to the cold for very long but then again that may be the size.

Our dog just had knee surgery and needed something for swelling. He's just a hair over 40 lbs, so a medium-sized dog, and these pucks are absolutely the PERFECT size for our purposes. The gel is nice and flexible so it molds around the contours nicely, but they're firm enough to be able to apply good compression. The ace bandage-style wrap with the pocket is fabulous. The pocket is large enough to hold 2 pucks with just enough space between them that it makes it easy to wrap around his knee and inner thigh so we can ice both sides of his knee at the same time and not have to hold the pucks in place. They also stay cold for a good long time. I left them out for about 20 minutes after his 15-minute ice down and they were still plenty cold. They also chill quickly, so they're ready for his next session with no problems. I have not tried them heated yet. I like that they come in a bag to keep them contained and safe from punctures in the freezer. Having them as a 6 pack is awesome, especially for our purposes.He has also had swelling in his upper thigh and his ankle, so I can easily place one on his thigh with the edge tucked into the wrap to keep it in place. The fabric backing is fine for that area and is adequate for skin protection there. For his ankle, I just use a tea towel to give him a little more protection since the hair is so thin there. I can put a puck on the inside and outside of his ankle, too. We have been using 5 pucks at a time and it's been working wonderfully. He seems relaxed and comfortable while getting iced down, so these have been great. The size truly is perfect for the dog, but I know we hoomans will find a good use for them, as well! I foresee using them heated for sinus pain relief.

Bought for breastfeeding issues. With the procedure change for clogged ducts remedies now being ice and ibuprofen, I hoped these would help. I liked the size since they don't take up much space in the freezer and the ease of use; the fabric side can be placed directly on skin without an extra layer. I just wished they stayed cold longer but they come with enough that you can swap out as needed.

Easy to keep a few in freezer and a few in cupboard. It's true they don't stay cold long, but enough for a single 15+ min application (which is how long you're supposed to do it for) then swap it out for another.

The size is just right for my dry eye condition and great for my periodic knee pain.

These gel pads are great for comfortably tucking under clothes or wraps to help heal areas that need heat or cold therapy. Out of the freezer they stay cold for about 24 minutes when placed on the body under clothing. They don’t retain heat as long but luckily with 13 other pads, it’s easy to keep a stack warm (or cold) and ready to go. There’s no smell and the gel pads are lightweight and high-quality!

These ice packs are perfect for any size boo-boo. My kids constantly need “ice” for something so I love how easy these are! They come with a carrying bag and also a wrap to help hold them in place!

I had a keratotomy procedure done on each eye.It is painful for 2-3 days.Ice is the only pain relief.I bought these so I was more prepared when I had the second eye done.Learned I need more ice packs available after the first eye was done.These are smallFit over the eye wellFreeze quickMy only complaint is they didn't stay cold very long.But that's understandable with the small surface of the ice pack.What was great was having so many available so I could change them constantly.I like the storage bag it came with. Nice to keep freezer smells away from your ice packs.I did find the sleeve it came with was too large for use on my eye.I just used a small microfiber cloth I had to wrap around the ice pack.Really gave me relief during those 3 days post op.

These are the perfect size for icing after a wisdom tooth extraction.

Après une opération chirurgicale j’ai acheté ces sacs de gel à mettre au congélateur. Au nombre de 6 et interchangeables c’est très pratique. A glisser dans la bande élastique autour de la tête . Pas utilisé pour le chaud mais je pense que cela doit soulager aussi.

Hatte meinen großen Fußzeh gebrochen und brauchte eine Möglichkeit meinen Fuß zu kühlen ohne dass das Kühlpad verrutscht oder die falschen Stellen kühlt. Dieses hier ist perfekt.. Es gibt viele kleine die man schnell abwechselnd in die Kühlung legen kann ohne dass man am ende ohne eins da steht bzw sitzt. Man kann 2 pads in das kleine Säckchen nebeneinander stecken um eine größere Stelle zu kühlen. Bei meinem Zeh reichte eins. Je nachdem welche Seite man nach unten legt ist die Kühlung stärker oder schwächer. Auch ist es möglich das Band so zu drapieren und festzukletten, dass es nicht zu kühl ist und man damit schlafen gehen kann, ohne Angst zu haben dass man Erfrierungen bekommt 😁👍 trägt sich sehr bequem und ist nicht schwer. Wunderbar 👌👌👌 klare Kaufempfehlung! Besonders bei solchen Verletzungen an Gelenken und Knöcheln der Klettverschluss hält bombig stark, der Verband ist schön weich. The size is perfect for my use on my ankle. However I wish there was 2 bandages instead of one, so that I could use it on both my ankles at one time.
