My towels come out soft and bouncy along with smelling so good long after they have come out of the dryer. Perfect consistency as far as thickness and good value especially for the size. This has not irritated my skin and it feels like it rinses clean without sacrificing the softness and bounce after drying. I love the light, clean and fresh scent!

It has a pleasant scent and adds it to fabric. I ended up buying a different scent from the same brand, but did so for bulk reasons. Scent wise it wasn't as nice as this one. I'd recommend the softener for scent and softener quality. The bottle didn't leak and since we don't have sensitivity issues, was fine for our needs.

I am absolutely in love with this fabric softener! It leaves my laundry so soft and smelling amazing! The scent is a little stronger than most Downy fabric softener tend to be, but I actually like that and wish it was a little stronger scent, but the scent seems to fade from my laundry in just a few days, so I wish the scent would last a lot longer, but as I said, I'm in live with this product. I highly recommend it.

Smells great and keeps my clothes soft

This is the best fabric softener. The scent is so clean, reminds me of Ivory soap. I also like that it isn’t overpowering. It makes my clothes so soft without leaving any residue. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
