Excellent product
We used to buy a similar product called citramist that is no longer available, so we decided to try and find a similar product. We didn’t have our expectations set very high. But after several weeks of using we are extremely happy with it, I dare say we like it better then our previous product. It is an excellent deodorizer that helps gets rid of pesky smells and also great for leaving a fresh scent wherever it is used. We will continue to buy this going forward.

FANTASTIC DEODORIZER
Many moons ago we vacationed at Pigeon Forge, and stayed in an 'affordable' motel. It was a WELL used HEAVILY smoked in room, you could tell by the worn comforter / cigarette burns.STILL = it smelled wonderful and fresh.I asked what they used and was told an micro odor orange product. So we were excited to get this product with great expectation.Unfortunately = this is not as good as the one that SO pleasantly / richly enhanced that motel room.I've mixed this 4 times the suggested use for room freshener =spritzed it ALL around and couldn't tell it was sprayed.Thinking I had simply gotten used to the strong smell of the concentrateI went out side a while and hoped to smell it upon reentry === NOPE.So this is quite disappointing and appears to me as none or little value as a room freshen.> Maybe the angle is - if we have something smelly = if sprayed directly on fabricwould be a benefit to rid that particular odor. But being the orange color it is - we don't care to do that on some items.FOR the POSITIVE PART =We make beds each winter for Feral cats, including heating pads.Last yr (unbeknown to us at the time) there was one cat that used a shelterrepeatedly for a littler box. We've hand scrubbed the pads with many different products and particularly that 'special' onebut still they smelled like cat beds.So much so that we figured the cats would refuse to use the heating pads next yr.> One last ditch washing was with THIS product. We mixed a bucket with 8 times the strength suggested and scrubbed AND didn't rinse offThe pads were saturated / then left to dry in the sun.BINGO - the beds have the odor gone.Interestingly = they have NO orange fragrance.>>> Now I AM impressed with THAT outcome. So it kills / removes odor - but yet doesn't leave it's nice orange fragrance behind.Haven't tried this yet for other cleaning. Not to let it freeze. So we can't store in our unheated garage as we had thought.

Doesn't take odor out
Thought It would make my house smell better from my 2 dogs who like to use it in the house sometimes but it didn't. My husband liked the smell but I didn't. I would even mix vinegar with it. I would not buy this again.

Good, pleasant smelling cleaner
The price for a gallon of this cleaner surprised me a bit, but after reading the instructions it looks like a gallon will last a long time since you dilute it so much. One big plus with this is that it is eco-friendly and should not be as harmful to the environment as a gallon of Clorox (though Clorox has it's place, also.) The solution (undiluted) has a pH value of 8, which means it is slightly basic (as opposed to acidic) so it is not harmful to most surfaces. The first thing I noticed about it when I opened it up to use was that the orange fragrance is very agreeable. My spouse has a very sensitive sense of smell and agreed it is pleasant and not overpowering. We used it on a kitchen and bathroom floor. Both rooms cleaned up nicely and the pleasant smell lingered. I sprayed some on the toilet surface and it cleaned it up quite well, also.I mixed it with water in my carpet cleaner and shampoo'd my office carpet. I used about 3 oz per gallon as opposed to the 1 to 2 oz / gallon that was recommended. It cleaned up the carpet really nicely.

counteracts odors at source
This counteracts odors that are in your house, not sure how, but that's what it is. It's not an air freshener that leaves your home with a fragrance that overpowers the stink. It does have an orange scent to it but that is fleeting and not the point of this.....yet a lot of reviewers seem to think that's all this is.It is also not a floor cleaner, or at least it doesn't mention that on the bottle. It's simply to counteract odors.I have a very old three legged cat who can't jump into the litter box anymore so he uses pee pads. He overshoots sometimes and other times the urine runs off the edge of the pads or the pads leak. I have tile floors and the thought that urine was being soaked up by the grout and I had no way to get it out grossed me out. I saw that this is what kennels/vets use and it dawned on me that if there's no urine smell in a place that has more urine on the floors then me, then it had to work for me.When I first got it, I'm so concerned that there was old urine deep in my grout that I poured some full strength into the grout. Now I fill a sink with a bit of water, add some of this, and use a rag to wipe the area. I cannot smell urine at all anymore when I walk into the room with his pee pads!I have also done the same sinkful of water with this and mopped the whole house after cleaning the floors with something else. It dries quickly and leaves no streaks or tackiness.I will continue to use this to make sure my house has no odors in it.
