I ordered this cream with high hopes that something may help. I've been reading about wild yam cream for a while to balance hormone related issues. I have PMDD and suspected endometriosis and I have struggled so much. I wanted something natural and that suited my skin. It's only been a week, it could be placebo, but so far so good. I don't feel as low mood as I have done previously, my skin is glowing (I have been using as a face cream so added bonus), I'm not as tired as usual and hot flushes seem to have subsided. I have read that wild yam can cause headaches, which I have to admit, I've had more frequent headaches recently. However if it sorts the hormone issues then I don't care. Will absolutely write an updated review next month. Because if it helps me, I will shout it from the rooftops for other women. Even if it helps one person. I would even just buy this cream for my skin. It's gorgeous. Moisturising but not too oily. Smells lovely but not overpowering.

Nice size pot will last ages. I had sporadic periods and started this regulated 1st time and has stayed consistent since (3+cycles) I am perimenopause. Smells good and creamy texture easy absorbed

The jury is still out as early days yet, not even half way through the jar, cream absorbs easily and quickly.

I'm not one for reviews usually but this is a must for all women. It helps balance your hormones. I've been applying everyday to my arms and intuitively to my chest and stomach when I feel required to. I got my period with barely any symptoms. My cycle was a lot less heavy, very minimal cramping and a shorter cycle of just 3 days. Highly recommended 👌

Cream smells nothing like apricot, would like to make a return but the return policy is too short.

So have Been using for 5 days , I'm totally off my HRT and testosterone and 0 ill effects. I'm blown away . Watch this space will comment again in 2 weeks . 2 weeks later still doing well.

Noticed it worked after a few days of trying. The cream feels wonderful and absorbs well into the skin. It has a pleasant scent. It has reduced night sweats for me and irritability.

The cream comes in a generous 4.2 OZ, well-sealed glass bottle. It is an excellent hydrating cream, which is the result of Aloe Vera and Vitamin E ingredients. I use it twice a day, early in the morning and in the afternoon, after shower. Any menopausal symptom relief will be very subtle and will just be felt after a long-term and diligent use.

I have just started using the product and can't tell of its usefulness as yet.
