Sound is very good and you can also connect it via Bluetooth to you cellphone or any other device to play your favorite music. It's lightweight but very well built. Works for a fun light cardio or for a good expert boxing training. The design suitable for your young and adult. I may be getting another one so we can do a match in the family!! :D 10/10!

Connect to Bluetooth n play your favorite music. If not sound effects are cool. Velcro to where you need it to be then change the machine to the height. Making it easy for the whole family to use. This is a pretty durable and effective product. Its cool that you can connect your Bluetooth to it and get a quick workout to your Playlist, if you don't want to connect it's got some pretty cool sound effects. It is the perfect size and comes with velcro so you can adjust how high you want it. A plus is the gloves it comes with so you don't hurt your knuckles. It charges pretty quickly which is always a plus. Very happy with my purchase.

My mom has been wanting one of these for months so I finally got it for her. It is so fun to use and makes workouts easy and very effective. The installation is easy and it’s really durable.

We love the wall mount boxing machine! We used the Velcro mount and were able to mount with ease. Love that the Velcro tape is long enough to adjust the height of the machine. I like to practice when I go into his room. I do wish there were some cushion protection on the back of the punch pads so it wouldn’t be so loud to use. I have put some adhesive pads on the back myself. It has helped. You should purchase if you’re look for an alternative to a punching bag.

My son recently took on an interest of boxing after playing on the VR. Before getting him into lessons, I wanted to see if he would be just as interested in hitting a real object so I ordered this. I was a little nervous about mounting it on the wall so I put it up in the garage and he absolutely loves it. We haven't had any issues with the wall that it is mounted on so it would have been just fine. The gloves that it comes with are high quality and work great with the board. I can also say its a much better than him trying to practice on his sister lol! He loves that it plays music and gives him feedback about his punches as he is a very competitive kid so continues to try harder each time he throws a punch. I think this has been enough to show he is ready for classes but this will still be great for him to practice on at home!

Worked good!!! Fun with some music and you work up a sweat really fast. Doesn't take much to set up and get going.
