Ream out the hole.
Like many others my visor would not fit into the hole.I use a 15 64th drill bit to widen the hole. Then I use a wide flat blade screwdriver to push it in to the hole. I put the visor in upside down at first and had to remove it that's why it looks a little chewed up. Definitely not falling out. Would have gave it five stars if I didn't have to do the work.

Tree trimmer review after 1 year
Cons - Scratch super easy, I wish it was just a little darker tint. Had to replace the visor once every 6-8 months. All in all I highly recommend it. Scratching and stuff just comes with the job. Could be a little more scratch resistant but I'll always have one on my hard hat.

No instructions/part missing.
No instructions for attaching the visor were included. When I opened the bag of parts for attaching the visor to the helmet -- one of the two screws was missing. Returning.
