I've had this plugged in to the wall under my desk to act as a mini-freeze and fridge, and it works really well. The 2 compartments are really useful, having one as a freezer and one as a fridge. Each one can be set individually - and easily, so you can pick and choose which one to set, or have both the same.Each bay has a light inside for when you open it up, so having under a desk for me is perfect as I can still see in it clearly when open.I've filled the large side with tins of juice, an it'll take about 40-ish tins, which is loads. It's not that heavy on it's own but will be when filled, so the wheels are a great feature. Haven't tried in a car yet, but I expect if it's "at temperature" before putting in there, it should be just fine.Lovely unit, and would recommend.

Ok but very noisey not what I expected seller not helpful or Amazon stay clear
