Seems to reduce the unpleasant symptoms of my peripheral neuropathy ( mainly feet and lower legs) by a noticeable degree. Once I stop regular dosage, these symptoms quickly return with a vengeance. I’m unsure how or why these help, but certainly for me, 71 yr old, T2 diabetic with multiple health issues, they do.

I purchased the Cayenne pepper capsules for my manager. As I'm feeling the benefit of taking them myself. I've noticed that my fingernails aren't breaking as much as they used to. They're feeling stronger & my thumb nail is the longest it's been since I've been taking them. Good value & price 😀

Not entirely sure if these work, but they certainly don't seem to be doing any harm. Just to confirm though, they don't burn your mouth, I've not experienced and internal heat and they don't burn on the way out!
