So good. Live in a small town, no one has in grocery stores.
Seems like anytime I need anything, I need to go to Amazon for information and purchases.i am getting up in years and do not have energy to go shopping most of time, Amazon is my go to.

Don't Buy This
I gave this one star because zero was not an option. This ham was so tough and grizzly that I could barely cut it with a steak knife. What I could incorporate into a sandwich was barely chewable. Additionally, it is extremely salty. I tried to use it twice and then put it down my garbage disposal. My disposal had a very time getting rid of it and I had to turn it off and get the remains out manually.

Very Salty Piece of Meat
ReviewIf you are looking to purchase this piece of pork, please read what I have to say.I bought these “Ham Steaks” to have on Christmas around lunch time.I fired up my Treager Grill and got to business. I took it up to 300 Degrees Fahrenheit. Putting the super thin steak slices on the grill. After about two minutes after adjusting the temperature to 200, I flipped them over and let them finish cooking for about three minutes. My wife was in the kitchen frying eggs to go along with the “Ham Steaks.”Will both sat down for a late lunch or and early dinner. Little did we know that our food would be in the trash can before you could say the word go.The “Ham Steaks” were absolutely disgusting. They are the most expensive and disgusting piece of meat that I have ever had the opportunity to pay for. So salty that I didn’t even know that I had eaten it, just a mouthful of salt. This product would be great in soups especially if the recipe calls for a lot of salt. Or something like water that needs a little kick.If you look closely at the photos you will see the amount of salt on the “ham Steak” and the egg has none.My final point is the cost. You are correct if you think Silver would be less expensive.
