Magnesium oil was recommended on a shopping web site as absolutely great for deep sleep. Not only did it not work for me, sleep-wise, I also found the oily spray messy and had to resort to first spraying into my palms and then applying on my arms (though it is recommended to apply it on the soles of feet, I didn’t want to slip). I’m giving it three stars because I did sleep well, just not sure it was any better than usual.
