GOLDTOE Men's Over-The-Calf Dress Socks, 3-Pairs

I bought the dress socks instead of the double cushion socks I normally buy. I was so mad.... Then I had to tell myself...... They were here early man, the stiles are so great it's not even their mess up it's your own.... That's hard to say with three pair. How did they all do?.... OUTSTANDING!!!!! I'M IN KANSAS CITY!!!!! How in the hell did they beat out Walmart?

These are the best long socks I’ve ever tried! I have big calves so most dress socks are too short to go over them which means they end up sliding down my leg as I walk and eventually end up as just a bunched up mess at my ankle. These socks changed all of that! They easily fit over my entire calf and they stay up all day long without having to readjust them throughout the day.Another praiseworthy thing to mention: these socks are very thin and breathable. With my previous dress socks my feet would get hot and sweaty which would make my feet stink. But with these socks my feet are much cooler during the day and it has solved my foot odor issue as well! 10/10. Best believe I WILL be buying more

Design, feel and fit: top notch. Over the calf socks that just stay up where they belong all day keeping a very clean and professional look. Highly recommended.They kept their shape even after multiple washes. Another bonus is that they keep your calves warm in winter.

Gold toe was the standard but seem to have poor quality control last few years. These are decent but nothing great. They stay up but are loose around calf. They barely stretch long enough to bottom of knee. Very thin on foot and already getting holes after just a couple months of wearing. Don’t last like they use to.

You know, Gold Toe has gotten a bad reputation for its loss of quality after being bought by Gildan, who I’m already not a fan of. They were the premier Great American Sock Brand™️, only to fall from grace after outsourcing. I also had a bad experience with a pack of Metropolitans—my favorite and a men’s essential—in 2019, which is why I’ve actively sought Gold Toes on eBay and Poshmark *no newer* than 2017. There’s a MASSIVE decline in quality for those which, from reading the reviews, seemed to have tainted all of their socks. But I made an exception for these because I really liked the look of the pindot pairs.I’m glad I bought these.I can’t speak for other reviews, but I wash all of my best clothes inside out to prevent the inevitable pilling. A 5’10”, 195 lb. man with a 32” inseam, these came up mid-kneecap, only to shrink to the proper over-the-calf length after washing (inside out, as I’ve said). I noticed little to no fading, and the elasticity is as firm as and supportive as I could ask for.As a sock enthusiast, I still have my skepticism about the Gold Toe label in its current state (Gildan even outsourced the online store to Amazon, for Christ’s sake…). But these fashion socks have given me an open mind.**Nota Bene: I gave four stars for longevity, as only time will tell.

My dad loves these socks for comfort, fits above the calk and likes the design!!

My grown son loves the gold toe socks & they never disappoint. Highly recommend.
