These are the easy way to get sulforaphane into your body if you can't chew, or don't fancy, plates full of broccoli. You sprout them in water for a couple of days until they are a inch or two long and then grab a handful and shove'em straight down or else add them to your evening salad if you prefer.They look expensive, but they go a long way, even if you eat them regularly. This is the first time I've tried growing broccoli sprouting seeds, I began by using a Kilner jar with some muslin on the top for draining as the seeds need to be rinsed twice a day and after soaking them they have to as dry as possible ( in between the rinses ). I think more sun would help to produce greener sprouts. They taste rather like Mustard and Cress and my nutritionist says they have amazing health benefits. I've just bought a sprouting jar with a screw top which makes draining easier as it acts like a sieve.

Great seeds, they grow literally 5 times better than the Verdant Republic rubbish I had before fill my growing jar unlike the other brand that had more seeds left than sprouts.

This is a great product, providing the most potent source of bioavailable sulfurofane. I use it with 2 Mason jars, and use 2 level tablespoons of seed per jar. This will fill each jar with sprouts, so it takes a long time to get through a bag. I blend the sprouts in a veggie smoothie and drink it without inhaling through my nose, so as to avoid the sharp taste. Excellent product.

Regretted purchase. Seeds successively failed to sprout. Some germination but foul noxious stench even though I rinsed and drained the seeds conscientiously twice daily. Never experienced failures in sprouting before and I trust that the local seller sold me a fresh 1 kg batch of seed so I guess that I’ve just been unlucky. I now have almost 975 grams of seeds in the freezer which I shall grind into powder and take with my cooked brassicas and ground mustard seeds Over the coming days and months!!!
