Softest backpack I’ve felt. Nice material, zippers seem tough and plenty of pockets. It’s only been 2 weeks of school, but my daughter loves it and it still looks new. (Used for 5yr old in kindergarten. Appears a bit big on her, but school requires a full size bag. Holds a standard pocket folder with room to spare and of course plenty of room in the future for 3 ring binders and books.)

**UPDATE** After seeing my review, this seller reached out and addressed the size issue of the backpack. They sent me a brand new larger backpack at no charge! So I will update to reflect the stellar customer service by the seller. **Original Review*** This is a cute backpack but it's much smaller than I thought it would be. It's a struggle to fit snowpants, shoes, lunch, etc. in for a normal winter day at school. It will probably be okay in spring/summer when she doesn't have to carry that gear. Not very practical however if you have a child in grade school and you live somewhere that gets snow in winter.

Love the backpack. Not only are the designs on the outside of the backpack cute, but the overall function is amazing. My daughter really loved the cute little cupcake design, she said she has gotten many compliments on it. The outside has a very soft smooth feeling to it (which I am assuming is what makes it water repelling). The texture is very pleasing to the touch, doesn’t have the rough feeling like most back packs. The inside is marvelous, it has many different options for organization- it has large separators for notebooks/folders, it even has a small zippered mesh pouch which is working great for storing her masks. This backpack also has the standard smaller front pouch for storing smaller items. The zipper works nicely, no snagging. I absolutely love this backpack, and the other variety of designs and will be purchasing more. I do not see any problem with this backpack making easily to the end of the school year.

Update: Customer service was prompt to respond and Amazon issued refund.Today was my daughter's first day of school as a 3rd grader and we are already experiencing issues with the bag.Issues:1. It does not zip open and close smoothly -- the interior lining of the bag keeps getting stuck in the zipper. (seems to be 1/4" too long2. The ties on the zipper either fell off or are fraying already. (Day 1 of use)3. The pockets on the outside barely hold a standard kids water bottle. Had to take the silicon sleeve off of the water bottle to get it to fit.4. The interior compartment is tight for a 2" binder.Positive:She loves the colors and the print.If her name wasn't already written on it, I would return this.

This bag is much cuter in person. It's made of mostly polyester which offers a nice feel along with a soft padding along the back where a laptop could sit. There's lots of pockets inside to keep stuff organized and its surprisingly roomy inside. The bottom of the bag offers a little padding as well, which I hope will stop those hard plastic edged binders the kids carry from sticking through the bag. The outside of the bag has two side pockets that can hold anything from a phone to regular size water bottles and the back straps are cushioned. This seems like a quality bag for the size and the price, I'm just not completely convinced it will last the year. I'll update my review to let you know...

UPDATE: I have been using this backpack for 3 months and thw stitching on the front is already ripping!! This is very disappointing. I loved the this backpack but the quality needs major improvement.Original Review: This backpack is absolutely beautiful! It looks even better in person than it does online. It fits my 15.6 laptop comfortably and has room for all my other personal items. Other reviews mentioned a fish type of smell and it is true. There's a weird packaging odor, just let it air out.

I'm really picky when buying backpacks, and I've been searching for one that I really liked. I used to have Roxy backpacks to high school, however, my last backpack was a hershchel. What convinced me to buy this brand at the end was the amount of pockets that it has and the price, and I don't regret it at all. It's soft to the touch, the material seems to be strong (which I hope it is), and has a lot of space without being a huge backpack. Loved it.

Had this bag for months, used to carry ballet stuff. It has held up well. I like the external pockets for water bottles (there’s one each side). The zips are good quality. I would buy again if needed.Marked down for travel because it doesn’t meet the requirements for carry-on luggage with Ryan Air (but they are tight restrictions & it wasn’t my first intention for this bag).

Absolutely lovely back pack. My daughter is using it for school. As it was ordered before the end of last year she also took it with her on holiday. The extra pockets inside make it very easy to organise your child's school bag. The design is lovely and the bag feels really good on your shoulders.

My daughter chose this for her new school bag and she loves it! Loads of compartments and pockets inside to organise all her school equipment. Excellent quality bag and comfy able to wear too.
