I take these regularly and am continually impressed by their effectiveness. Most recently, my 13 month old son 8 way more dinner then he should have! His belly was rock hard and he was an obvious distress. I opened up a capsule into his nightly bottle and within a half hour, his stomach wasn't so hard and he had calm down significantly. We always keep a bottle in the house, and a few extra capsules in my purse.

I recently lost 87lbs using diet alone. I found that using this product helped in the digestion of the foods that were good for me. If you are looking for a quick fix good luck. This product helped to promote my health & I continue to use it in my everyday diet.

I purchased the gallbladder enzymes in this brand, and it recommended that I take these full spectrum enzymes as well. I ordered these thinking that they work tandem. I took them for 2 weeks straight and no issues. Three weeks in, I got sick. My belly was burning really badly, and I had terrible diarrhea cramps. It was so bad that I couldn't do anything except lay around. I thought I must have caught something. For the next 6 days, I would wake up feeling ok, but after I ate, I would be sick for hours again. I always took these right before a meal as directed. on the 7th day, I realized it had to be these supplements, so I came to Amazon and read the 1-star reviews for this product. I realized that I wasn't alone in feeling sick afterwards. The next day I didn't take these and I never got sick. It's been a whole week without them, and I've felt fine since. These are obviously not for me.
