Swear but these a friend had been taking these for 6 months now and there mental health is less stressful obviously still got it bad but has helped loads

So far so good ,No side effects after three weeks on and I’m feeling much calmer and less anxious.

Fine product but quite expensive. You can find better value on other sites. No taste really, just a plastic-y sort of feel in your mouth. I bought these as a first-resort medication for chronic depression, but they aren’t that effective. Even when taking 2-3x more than the recommended dosage. If you had very slight depression I’m sure these would work but these won’t address or even help to alleviate the deepness of mental disorders and for me personally, it’s time to get real help. I think these also caused me to act manic at times too, racing thoughts and emotions etc, which isn’t a good thing. These points haven’t impacted my overall score as it is personal and the effectiveness is truly on an individual basis, however I give this product 3 stars as they are quite expensive and you can find better options elsewhere for the exact same product. Do your research before taking these, seriously. I’d recommend for the occasional blues and slight mood regulation/blunting but as I said, they’re really not all that effective which is probably why anyone can buy these on amazon. If you’re struggling like me, it’s probably worth trying to get professional help

Obviously it's difficult to say with these products how effective they are in the short term, but the item is well packaged and the capsules are very easy to swallow. Even as a placebo, I would say they work compared to other products I have tried. My mood does feel a little lighter (not as 'heavy') and I say that as someone who has been through some pretty traumatic events. (I'm not on any other medication, but rather focus on other proactive ways to address any 'issues') I find my mood gets worse if I am having disturbed sleep (quite often) but having taken these continuously for a month, I do feel better overall. I will repurchase. Thanks to other reviewers for their feedback which influenced my decision to purchase - Glad I did!
