Faulty weighing scale
faulty product selling on Amazon, I bought scale and after 15 days it is not working. No support from amazon because return window closed and gramtech no response

Though all things are well but no broacher of the machine sent. Therefore difficulties for use.

Very poor communication
The equipment was faulty. LED display not functional and no user manual. Return/replacement initiated on 13th April and after that no further update. Unable to understand why it's taking so long and why there's no update to the customer. I would like to receive a fully functional item at the earliest. Thank you. Vijayakumar
