The directions suggest to take one 30 to 60 minutes prior to going to bed. After 30 minutes I could feel the effects and I slept 9 hours without waking up. The only thing I noticed is that I have vivid dreams (nothing bad) when I use them.

Hey Bob I’m glad you approved of these. Apparently no one’s doing a quality control check on them as they are going down the manufacturing line. They are sopping wet. They are sticking together and I don’t even feel safe taking him. They smell like raisins, which is not a bad thing, but I gotta throw them out. I don’t trust a gummy bear that feels like a slug 🐌. I hope the rest of your products are not like this.

Updated. I would like to say 1st that this company is super great to work with. Some that alone gets 5⭐️. 2nd i am sure this product works for others but it didn't for me. I am someone who really struggles with sleep. For years now. I rarely get a good night sleep. I have tried so many sleep aids, but I'd love to find a natural product. I am sure this can work for some people. But this did not work for me at all. Not even a little. It's a bit pricey to not have these work, however I'm still trying. Some people complained about the taste. They are just fine. They are not sweet (because it's not candy) and the gummies are pretty hard. But the taste is not terrible. Id return them if I could. (Update: the company did refund me) Try it and I hope it helps you! Also remember people are paid to endorse and use this product wether it works or not. I don't think it necessarily is the cure-all for everyone. AND the company doesn't seem to allow you to reach out to them. They should give a money back guarantee (update: i think they do!) This product has been so helpful with helping me with my sleep. I love that it's natural, clean ingredients and a bonus that it's a gummy without any sugar added. Also, the type of melatonin it uses does not give me overly weird dreams like I've experienced with other products. Have been buying on repeat, via subscription to save a few nicely & dimes ;)

These are really good gummies and help you go to sleep quick. But for some reason when I order them from here they taste horrible and have a different texture. You have to order them from the flavcity website to get the good ones.

These help quite a bit in terms of helping mt get to sleep. I still wake up at night sometime but am able to fall back to sleep most nights.
