Ingredients listed are: Corn Syrup, Sugar, Half and Half (Milk, Cream), Cream (Milk, Carrageenan), Sweetened Condensed Milk (Milk, Sugar), Palm Kernel Oil, Invert Sugar, Coconut Oil, Butter (Cream, Salt), Anise, Artificial Color (FD&C Red 40, Blue 1, Yellow 5, Blue 2), Vanilla, Salt, Soy Lecithin. Beneath the ingredients it says "May Contain Peanuts and Tree Nuts."

Q: What is the expiration date?

I don't know the expiration date, but I do know that when I bought candy from this company via amazon, it was fresh and wonderful and amazing. I actually bought the black licorice flavor which is a favorite of mine. I imagine you will be very satisfied with the quality, freshness, and flavor of this delicious candy.

Q: How many come in each package?

MAYBE couple dozen or so, individually wrapped. Not completely sure, did not count, but seemed fair and not skimpy. REALLY, really smooth and delicious! Great taste.

Q: How can you sell as Old Fashion Licorice when there is no licorice root in the ingredients?

they use anise which is similar I know but not exactly licorice. Who cares, This stuff is delicious!
