Superb quality

The plastic parts quality is very bad, the Lid not fitting at all, whistle too loose, the outer container is too thin, worst quality, no user manual or warranty card given with the product, don’t mind if it’s fake product but atleast the maker of the product should have put little brain into doing these useless stuff wasting our time!

Bit pricey for this quality of product

Item is as described in the picture and easy to assemble with 3 screws as a part of the parcel.The quality is good and it's worth the money.

Packed pporly. It too me lot of time and effort to open the lid as the plastic lining makes it tough.One plate has a small center hole and can't be used

Worst design, no longer durability, poor material was selected I purchased feb month just usage of 3 months but part rusted , as per my knowledge stainless steel material never rusted I don't know which low grade stainless steel used for cost reduction.

Very good product vale for money

The steel vessel gauge is too thin. Bottom becomes uneven due to induction heat. The idli mild plates are also too thin and are very wobbly unable too bear the weight of the dough! Steam leaks all around the lid and keeps pushing the lid up. Lid steel handle too hot to touch, need cloth or glove to handle! TheAdvice/decision: Pay a little more and buy better quality.
