Exceeded my expectations!
Exceeded my expectations! For me that is rare. Pretty much just plug and play. Identified camera and hard drive with no issues. So far; I am extremely impressed. Will give an update on September 17, 2018 (the last day the item can be returned).

I gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero stars
This thing sucks. The interface is atrocious, entire functions are missing (no way to update firmware), and the HTTP interface says my "browser is TOO NEW" so I need to download an older version. I just bought it - how could my browser be too new? Total POS - spend a little more and get something decent.

This is horrible. The least advanced technology since old green screen mainframes. Horrible to setup. Do not purchase.

Does not work with zmodo cameras
I could not connect it to zmodo cameras. Now the device is just wasted in my store

Small Box Big Features
This compact unit is great for space saving and is packed with features. It has the capability to alert you via your cell phone when it detects movement. It is compatible with quite a few cameras that are out on the market whether wireless or POE. Has an HDMI interface so the daytime color is vivid and clear. Night vision is in black and white but clear and concise. Setup at first was a bit confusing but once I got the hang of it I had no problem. Connect to your router, connect to your tv and select your proper input. Follow on screen menus to find your camera(s). If I needed another one I would not hesitate to buy this model.
