My sister received this product from her friend for Christmas and kept raving to me about it so I bought a jar for myself. We both suffer from dark circles and puffiness under our eyes and they have only gotten worse with age, with crinkles and wrinkles seemingly a permanent feature of my face. I’ve tried everything, and I mean everyyythingggg to try to minimize the bags and darkness—cold spoons, cucumbers, cold tea bags, haemorrhoids cream, eye gels, about 5 different brands of eye masks, you name it—and nothing has worked. I’ve pretty much given up. The morning that I tried these masks, I didn’t expect much, and the results literally blindsided me. The dark circles were at least 75% diminished and so much so that I didn’t need to slap on a bucket of concealer under my eyes. And the puffiness was completely gone. Like 100% gone. The deep wrinkles also even seem to be significantly lessened. I kept checking myself out in different mirrors in my house that first day I tried these. I’m obsessed! The results don’t last forever, but I am usually good until the next morning after I’ve used them. The packaging is gorgeous too, super luxe, and I love the fact that this is a “mom and pop” brand that uses natural ingredients. The only issue was opening the little inner lid. I couldn’t take it off for the life of me and had to recruit someone to pull it off! I recommend popping the jar in the fridge before using the masks. I actually just store it in there all the time and the coldness is fantastic for helping with the depuffing process. Don’t forget to do a patch test. I always patch test anything I put on my face, especially my eyes, because you just never know if you have a sensitivity to an ingredient or something just doesn’t agree with you! Treat your skin like it’s a baby’s skin, ladies!

I have bugs under my eyes and used it for this purpose. Of course it is not a miracle product that will get rid of your under eye bugs it will help to reduce them. They helped when I over indulged with salty food or snacks and woke up with those awful under eye bags. I put these patches for 30 minutes and they helped to shrink those in size. They work better if you keep them in the fridge. Oh, and no shortcuts! I took them off after 15 minutes and they did not work as well as they did after 30 min. application. I hope that helps.

Didn’t notice a huge difference, but definitely feels nice once they’ve been refrigerated

The product does sting and that made me nervous after reading another review, however it did not burn my skin, and actually gave good results. As a night shift worker, if it works well I’ll tolerate some stinging because this is the first thing I’ve tried to have made a difference

I loved the ingredient list so thought I would give these a try.Out of the jar the first few pair were ripped. They seem a little more stiff than other ones I have used before and the shape is really odd. The picture on the package doesn't really show you what direction the pointy corner faces. After 30 min I did not notice much of a difference like I have with other brands. Overall I would say pass on this one.

I enjoy this product. My eyes get very puffy from seasonal allergies and these are one of the few things that help. My skin around my eyes is also dry. These help to hydrate.

After receiving the item, I found out it is made from China. Since there are a lot of disqualify product made from China, I don't have confidence to use it. I opened it and use it once, it has a little sting after put it under the eyes. But I don't know the outcome after using the 30 days. So I can't give the rating. I suggest all product should state where the product made from listing in Amazon.

Fantastic large sized eye gel masks. I like that there's not a ton of packaging, too. These cover a large area not just right under the eye. They feel cooling and definitely reduce puffiness.
