This is a great product! I’ve hung mine on the wall, though it comes with a stand for a tabletop as well. I love having the pictures change every few seconds. By combining them all in this frame (will hold 100), I’ve freed up some wall space. Planning on getting one of their smaller frames for a tabletop. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Lastly, their customer support is superb. I had to contact them for an issue that I most likely caused and they promptly took great care of me and fixed it.

Wonderful picture, clear and crisp. For the price you can't beat it. It's cheaper than any of the 10-in picture frames and has great performance. The only two quirks that have found with it is you cannot upload both photos and videos at the same time, they must be done separately. Photos upload to the frame quickly and with no issues. That's not the case with videos as it's hit and miss and what I found is mostly miss. You need to send videos up one at a time not in multiples and it may take several attempts to get the video to upload. Outside of this is a wonderful photo frame and highly recommend it.

I ordered this, unpacked it, and returned it. The enclosed literature states very clearly upfront that the screen is not touchscreen. The online description, however, states that a remote is useful but not that this is the ONLY means of control, so it seems somewhat deceptive. I tried the remote and found it very exacting about where it needs to be pointed and with a somewhat clunky menu system. In looking for replacements in the same size range (21"), I found that most state upfront that they are touchscreen. The picture seems very nice, however, so I only degraded 2 stars for the clunky interface and deceptive description.
