I opened a return request the same day I received this item because it arrived the next day after Teacher’s Day, so I couldn’t use it for the occasion. On top of that, the printing is reversed — the text is mirrored on the clear side, making it look wrong from the front. I’ve been waiting for the return pickup, but no one has come yet even though it was already scheduled. Please arrange for pickup or process a full refund.

Came chipped in a few places. Not good quality and doesn’t stand on flat surfaces. Disappointed and doesn’t look like the picture at all.
