I was a bit skeptical about this product at first, mainly because I have tried several other "energy shots" or drinks or supplements over the years and they all typically have one or two things in common: 1) some really do nothing whatsoever or 2) if they do "work" it comes with a side helping of the jitters or feeling off in some way or other. Anyhow, we gave these a try after a friend recommended them and I have to say that although the taste is....special....the results are definite. So just power through the aftertaste of the shot (I mean really, we're only talking like 5-10 seconds of your day here) and then do whatever it was that you were going to do, but you will absolutely notice more sustained energy output and focus and all of the "magic" that they promise. Ok, it isn't magical, but it does indeed work, and without any of the jitters or weird side effects of so many other products. So for me at this point in my life I consider that a win in helping to achieve my fitness and life goals. This product isn't the cheapest by any stretch, but so far I have to say that it is a worthwhile investment into my regimen that has tangible benefit.

hyped up caffeine. promoted as some treatment for ADD, but nope, just another stimulant to try to make you feel good. looking forward to returning it to the hucksters who sell it.

Ketone Energy Shots so far so good! I take a shot in the morning and one in the afternoon for a boost of energy! No stomach discomfort! Good strength and the taste is not bad! The right size a bottle.

The taste is more bearable in the peach flavor but it has LESS KETONES compared to the Green Apple flavor. NICE EVEN ENERGY! ABSOLUTELY NO CRASHES or cravings! I was even looking for a way to invest in this product but it’s not publicly traded. If you’re looking for a good quality product, buy the peach flavor! It only has 5 Grams of Ketones but the taste is more bearable. Only 4 stars because it has less Ketones and the taste is bad but not as bad as the green apple.

PROTIP: try the caffeine free one first to see how it impacts you and don't drink this too late in the afternoon. This is not one of those fancy zinger drinks that have you tweaking; however, a few times I've wondered why I'm not tired 2 hours past my bed time and feel like sanding all the exterior siding of my house at midnight (over-exaggeration). Its the best feeling of productive momentum you can get in a bottle. But until you take 4 days a week you don't understand how awesome it is until you hit the other 3 days. Again, its not going to give you wings... more like a focused lift like the male cheerleaders give that 100lb young lady cheerleader.

Pleasant flavor and not an overwhelming amount of caffeine to make you jumpy. I'm a larger guy and seems about right for a quick shot of clarity during a workout.
