My husband is taking this Seven Seas Joint Care Max Glucosamine since one month..can see the major differences in his energy levels. It has increased the muscle strength and sleeping time gradually. His muscle weakness has been reduced and he is actively working throughout the day. Size of the tablet is bit bigger yet easy to swallow. Tried another multivitamins as well but this one is so far so good quality. Worth the money. Will buy more. Thank you!

This actually works for me. I was sceptical about supplements and this has completely changed my mind. Walking up and down stairs used to be very painful at times. This has been a life saver. Can't recommend enough. On my 3rd box and hope it continues. Worth a try.
