I’ve always had problems sleeping. A friend told me to try this because it helped her, so I ordered some. At first I didn’t notice any difference, but I bought a second bottle, in the second week of the new bottle I realized that I was sleeping all night long. If I woke up to go to the bathroom as soon as I got back in bed I fell asleep quickly, that was a first for me. I take it every evening and I will always take it. I feel so much better now that I actually sleep every night. Try it, but remember to give it time to get in your system.

The first time I ordered this product I really liked it hence I ordered a second time. However the second ordered I received the bottle was cracked and molded around the cap very disgusting. Tried to return there is no return option.

The taste is not the best, however it works great. Keeps me calm, love the MTC oil combo, good value for money. Will definately repurchase
