This is the real deal!
I had to go on line to get the details on how to transfer photos from my Android (S23 Ultra) because enclosed instructions were a little unclear to me. HOWEVER....once I got it figured out - the transfer went quicky and smoothly! I got the 256 GB just to be darn sure I had plenty of storage. I like that it came with the case too. I got the stick CHEAPER on Amazon than I would have directly from the PhotoStick website. AND got the cool case at no cost - which I'd have paid for on the PhotoStick website.

Sketchy results on older iPhones and the worst support I have ever experienced.
I bought this ThePhotoStick Omni device so that I could get a working backup of the photos on my wife’s iPhone 8 but could not get the device to recognize any photos on her phone. I did the troubleshooting suggestions from the website but still no success so I started a live chat with the support team but still no luck. At this point I asked to talk with the technicians supervisor and the call was disconnected. I tried to reestablish contact but got no additional response. Now I would have to say this product is sketchy at best on older iPhone devices and support is the worst I have ever encountered.

Just received for Christmas and used it once and it worked perfectly. Software was easy to use.

Possible decent photo stick
Didn’t find this stick easy to use and it left files behind it wasn’t fast and storage capacity was difficult to determine… I will say it can be good for some tech savvy individuals but not for me…

No it is not living up to expectations is the answer to the question.I am still trying to get it to do what I purchased it for (back up videos) I have made some progress ie my iPad does now recognise the photostick on occasions.I have visited the help pages several times,I will have to persevere.
