This is the best product for all these things:- Massager Quality, Pain relief, Relax, Ease of use, Power, weight, cord length and Value for money. But there is a short circuit in the cord wire causing sparks and thus causing damage. Both of my massagers are compliant with this.

It is a good product and is very useful for my parents.I will recommend this product to other parents for a good messager under budget.It gives very good relief for us. Thank You.

Received the product yesterday..As I opened the package, I had my doubts since it was looking like a used product and not new.. Then the next surprise was it did not start.. my fears came true..the seller sent a refurbished product which did not function as expected. Ordered a replacement of the same which got delivered today.. The product was bubble wrapped, the accessories were in a plastic covering and the product looked new...again fearing my earlier experience, tested the product..luckily it was working... signed up for the product warranty immediately.. now I have too see how long the replaced product would work.. Wasn't expecting this kind of experience.. keeping finger's crossed and praying to God that the product should work atleast 1 yr.
