highly recommend for dark sleep

If you're desperate, these do the job
I've been using Healthvit's brand of melatonin for about 3 months now, but only for lack of a better option. I stay asleep and get a little more than 8 hours and I say this only because there's something about these tablets that don't feel 100% clean.The second shipment of 60 tablets has been crumbling in the container very easily, not breaking apart but just crumbles. I don't find that very reassuring, also I do sometimes tend to feel extra groggy on these and as far as I know, good melatonin doesn't make you feel like that the next day
