These are great for on the go cramps. My daughter uses them while at school or cheer and they are perfect size and great value.

Absolutely love these. As an adult, I really wish they had these when I was a teen growing up. They heat up very quickly, last for many hours (6-8) and I also use them for when I have back pains as well. I like that they stick to your clothes and you can even fall asleep with it on without any worries. Great for when I'm at work and having cramps or out in public. Nobody can even tell I'm wearing them. Once my daughter hits this stage in life, I'll be buying them for her too.

i got these because i did see some good reviews this does not work as well as a heating pad you plug into a wall and the adhesive wasn’t that sticky causing it to move around a lot

I’ve been looking for more cost effective heat patches. Thermacare is my go to but they’re soooo expensive. These work as good as the Midol brand. they’re a much more subtle heat but they still work & they’re adorable!

Love these I couldn’t live without them during my time of the month! They are super cute, last a long time, easy to apply, comfortable to wear. Small enough to place and not be noticed but large enough to get the heat where it needs to be! Price is a little high but they are worth it!

These work well, small enough for little girls.

These are great but essentially could buy the handwarmers for less cost. We decided to go with a tummy heating pad as the cost of these was a lot.
