The advent of the internet often makes one try and cure oneself immediately without proper medical guidance. Doing so, however, is not right. Many supposedly ‘safe’ and ‘natural extract’ supplements can have adverse effects on the body. In my case, this product did nothing for improving my overall hair quality, but I suffered from red and painfully stingy eyes whenever I took this product as instructed on the package. After consulting a certified medical practitioner, I decided not to take the capsules any longer. Lesson learnt. That said, the no. of capsules received is worth the price paid. There is no taste to it and can be easily swallowed when taken with plain water. One might benefit from this product, but try it only after medical consultation.
