I don't think you can measure precisely. I think only the bulk range is possible.

Is this item so voltage on display

It does not show actual voltage, but it has pre programmed voltages. If your tested voltage is higher than the programmed voltage, it shows that value. E.g. it has 12v, 24v, 110v & 220v. So if your voltage is say 110v, the tester will display all the voltages : 12,24&110v. If it's 230v , it will show all the lower voltages including 220v not 230v.

Poor Quality, Poor Performance- it does a good job at testing a break point but the voltage values that show are absurddisplays 110v where it should show 12v ??shows voltages range even in the indirect inductance test , whereas its only supposed to show a symbolThe "current symbol " can pop up with or without contact to the button .Both the buttons don't press, just jammed not sure if its supposed to be that way , I guess notOverall the voltage calculator is as abrud as it can get and you can never ever rely on itShould be used to check only the continuity or breaksThe screwdriver looks too weak to be effective . The reviewers that are pointing out that the LCD isnt clear at all especiallyin low light conditions are 100% correct . The power symbol is also very small to sight . So also the build quality is not upto the mark .My verdict : who created this tool , its such a Joke . It's a useful tool but don't mistake it for a multimeter

This is not a pocket multimeter in case you are looking for it. This is a tester which shows approx. voltage in the line.This is also useful to detect presence of electricity(inductance) in the device without making physical contact. I have used it to test break points in wire sometimes. Useful tool to have. The display is little difficult to read when working in sunlight. It's alright...can't expect more at this price.
