Great product and value
Great product and value. I used it with my Mom as she aged and lost mobility. She hung around her neck and I had 2 units around the house in case of emergency. Highly recommend. Easy set up and no monthly fee.

This thing is loud and yes, it works.. I would like another tone but is ok, as long as it works this is perfectYou do need 3 batteries AA for the "alarm"And 2 batteries AAA for the button

Basic functionality, but it works okay.
I purchased the Caregiver Pager Wireless Call Button to assist with an elderly relative at our home. While it serves its purpose, there are a few areas that could be improved.The 600+ feet range is nice, and the system is easy to set up right out of the box. The two call buttons provide flexibility, allowing placement in different rooms for convenience. The receiver is loud enough to hear from a reasonable distance, which is helpful.However, I found that the signal strength can be inconsistent, especially when there are walls or obstacles between the buttons and the receiver. Additionally, the lack of volume control means the alert can be too loud or not loud enough depending on the environment. It would also be helpful if the buttons had a more secure mounting option, as they can shift or fall if not placed carefully.Overall, this pager system is functional and provides some basic peace of mind, but it has some limitations that may affect reliability in certain home setups. If you need a basic emergency alert system, it’s a decent option, but there may be better alternatives with more customization features.

Way too loud
This is definitely not a pager, this is a smoke detector level alarm system. It’s way too loud for anything except the biggest emergency. There’s no volume or tone option, just an ear piercing loud as possible alarm.
