Excellent product. VaI am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding the Fire-Boltt Supernova - 45.2mm AMOLED Display Smartwatch. I placed my order on September 28, 2024, and shortly after receiving it, the watch started having connectivity issues. I raised a complaint immediately, even providing video evidence to support my claim.After multiple follow-ups, the defective watch was collected on October 12, 2024. However, on October 25, 2024, I received a replacement unit—a refurbished Fire-Boltt Gladiator Plus—without any prior notification or consent.The replacement was a disaster. The packaging was damaged, the watch was carelessly placed inside, and the device had visible scratches. Despite more than five follow-ups with customer support, I was assured that as per their policy, I would receive a brand-new replacement of the same model. If the same model was unavailable, I was promised a new watch of an equivalent price range.Unfortunately, the replacement I received today (November 19, 2024) was once again in poor condition, with the same scratches and clear signs of use. This is completely unacceptable and far from the "new device" I was assured.Overall, this has been a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. Between the lack of communication, the poor handling of the replacement process, and the failure to uphold the promised quality, I cannot recommend this product or the service associated with it.lue for money. Happy with the purchase

It's just been 2 days of usage and the product response has been good. The product delivers that which is mentioned in the features. There are a few missing essential features though, if you clear notifications from the watch, it does not get cleared from the phone. The AOD has preset Analog or Digital options, you need to press the key to wake the watch and the navigation is ok but not very convenient. To summarize it's a decent product and to be fair you can't expect a budget product to ack like flagship.

This watch is very smooth and calling is also very good and my all over view is best and it comes with aod features and many more and it looks like apple watch 2 ultra and it is value of moneyI recommend you to purchase it
