Never worked!
Opened it, set it up for the bedroom. Didn't use until now(Feb). Guess what, won't play , not vcr nor dvd. Tried several times to get it to work. Nothing. Been 5 months since I bought it. Can I get a refund??

VCR DVD combo.
Ended up returning the product but the seller was kind and quick to meet customer service standards. Product description needs to be updated, specific, and thorough.

Works great
This arrived carefully packaged and looked brand new. It works great and my friend is very pleased with it. The seller did a good job in cleaning and refurbishing it. The remote arrived separately and is apparently brand new.
