I regularly use the Skating Spirit knee pads so when my friend told me that they also sell elbow pads, I ordered them right away! I started taking ice skating lessons last year in my mid-50s and the knee pads gave me more confidence when I started learning 3-turns and back crossovers. These elbow pads already give me more confidence when I’m starting to learn beginning jumps and spins (anticipating more falls!). It’s important for me to wear pads on the ice especially since I have osteopenia from taking cancer medication. When I fall down on the ice, I always pop back up feeling thankful that these gel pads saved me from pain or injury.

Broke my lt arm in 2017. Had surgical repair done at that time. Hardware was removed at the end of 2020. Just a tiny bump and my elbow bruises horribly. The gel pad is excellent in protecting my elbow from bumps and subsequent bruising.

We bought these after buying the kneepads. We got them for our daughter with cerebral palsy. She falls over and ends up cutting her knees and elbows. These are great because they are flexible, easy to use, don't stand out too much, and protect her elbows. We love them so much, bought a second pair
