I have been using these capsules for two months now, and I started seeing results in a week.My skin is severely acne prone and consuming even one capsule a day impart considerable changes on my skin!I could see my skin getting clearer, there were no new major bumps even when I was PMSing. Not sure what it does for skin because it did give me allergies like rashes and hives. But really good pain killer and does increase the energy level. It is definitely good for body pain and it is good anti inflammatory capsules. Also, does help with fever. For skin, I suppose you have to take them for three months as it indicates, to see the results. But good natural pain killer and fever reducer.
