Very good product...the whole thing is very sturdy...wheels are good...easy to use...great for elders who have trouble walking...note that u can use it only on cemented grounds..it's is not the fault of the product...if u use it on the tarred road, the wheels will wear off.

I purchased for my father the KosmoCare Pride Wheelchair (Self-Propelling Commode) and I am very happy with the quality and comfort it offers. The chrome-plated steel frame is sturdy and durable, giving a safe and stable feel while using it. The detachable cushion seat provides good comfort and makes it easy to clean and maintain. The large detachable bucket with lid is hygienic and simple to handle. The 24" mag wheels roll smoothly, making it convenient for self-propelling without much effort. It also has foldable design, which makes storage and transportation very easy. The armrests and footrests are well-designed and provide good support, while the overall seating comfort is excellent for longer use. I also appreciate the 100 kg weight capacity, which is more than sufficient, and the quality finishing that gives it a premium look. The wheelchair feels safe, reliable, and practical for everyday use. Overall, this wheelchair is a perfect blend of comfort, durability, mobility, and convenience. – SCAM Product! Please DO NOT BUY!. This is the worst experience in 15days of purchase.I’ve ever had on Amazon. Please do not buy this wheelchair – it’s a complete scam. The company’s office is in Mohammed Ali Road, and once you buy the product, you are on your own. If your chair breaks, nobody will come to help you. You have to physically go there yourself. My papa is not able to walk, and his right side is already weak — and still, the rest of the wheelchair lost complete balance, making it dangerous for him. When I contacted Amazon, they said the product is not even under a six-month warranty, which makes no sense for a medical item. When I reached out to the head office of Kosmo Care, their attitude was unbelievable. They were extremely rude and said “It’s not our problem.” According to them, if I want the wheelchair repaired, I must take it all the way to Mohammed Ali Road. How is a family supposed to transport a broken wheelchair with a disabled patient? The product quality is terrible, especially the part where the patient keeps the foot — it drops down, making the chair unsafe. And if you can’t trust the wheelchair, it’s completely useless. Please avoid this product at any cost. They do not take any responsibility, the service is horrible, and the build quality is very bad. Save your money and your peace of mind.

Good product...easy to handle.... comfortable....stress free experience!

I've been using this for nearly a year. I've also been using (to push someone) a costlier wheelchair from a different brand for more than a decade. That one still works like a miracle and is a gold standard for me. If anyone here has visited the rock gardens in chandigarh, they would know... well, I was there pushing that wheelchair! This one is a recent buy for me, for internal use (smooth floor, self propelled). Pros: 1. economical - a self propelled wheelchair from better brands would cost much more 2. spacious - no worries if you aren't the 'thin' type Cons: 1. You have to struggle to make it roll at times, the wheels get stuck at wrong angles. I can't imagine taking it outside! 2. Its hard to self propel, esp for senior citizens - the wheels do not move easily
