Budget friendly but bristles are Hard
Design and quality was good My son is 3 years but he had difficulty in brushing because of hardness. Bristles are bit hard not soft. Not recommended below 2 years

This toothbrush is NOT battery powered. I paid $12.00 for it only because it says it is battery powered! The toothbrush packaging is old and discolored on top of it not being what it should be! Do not buy it! I am not happy. Waste of money.
