Mr. Merchant Tamarind Candy (Khatti Meethi Imli Candy), 400g

I had previously bought tamarind candy from a stall in one of the expos held in the city. Those were two peanut sized wrapped in one cover. This one also has two candy wrapped but is maybe twice the size(channa size) . Its not as sweet as the one I bought earlier from stall. This one has a stronger tamarind taste. So its more sour than sweet. I like these candies so it didn't bother me much but a relative of mine said they preferred a more sweeter candy.

A bit too sugary.

WASTE OF MONEY... TOTAL SWEET AND SUGARY, NEGLIGIBLE TAMARIND FLAVOUR. AFTER EATING, YOUR MOUTH WILL BE FILLED WITH SUGAR CUBES AS IF YOU ARE EATING RAW SUGAR. WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS KIND OF TASTE. AT LEAST SUGAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN GRINDED.

A bit bitter but good in taste.

Taste is obviously subjective, as some prefer Imli candies to be sour while others like the sweeter versions.The winner for me is one which can balance both while being sprinkled with sugar cubes, so this fits the bill.Small con- this might be too sweet for some, whilst being addictive to most!

Excellent taste.. soft and pure but with a little more sugar. Sugar should have been a lit bit less. Overall a nice product
