I attempted a garden project that involved putting plastic over the raised beds. To keep it in place, we used a staple gun. Then a couple months later I was going to need to remove the plastic, and I wanted to remove as many staples as possible without them falling into the yard or garden (for safety reasons). These sounded great because 2 are magnetic and would prevent staples falling everywhere. The issue I had was that the 2 bigger staple removers were impossible to squeeze under any staples that were flat against the wood. They worked great if there was a small gap. The 3rd tool is thinner at the end, and it worked well on most of the staples. I just had to retrieve the staples carefully. Still, it was 100% worth it because they worked better than plyers or a screwdriver, and those were my only other ideas.

The larger two were not needed for my task at hand, but maybe later. Very strong and well made.

These really help get those stubborn upholstery staples out!!

The cost to return this is about the cost of the item,and I have prime, but would have to drive too farto have it shipped back.I have 1/4'' staples, and the smallest 'tool' in the kitis so huge and dull, there is no way possible to useit on them. My solution is a smallish al (sp?)sharp round point tool, and then some verysmall snippers, mini pair of dykes, to pry them out.These may be good for removing door triminserts, but I haven't tried them for that purpose.
