I've been using this product for a while and overall, I'm quite satisfied. It effectively treats hard water—a significant concern in my area, where water TDS levels exceed 1,100 in the summer and drop to 700–800 during the rainy season. While I sometimes notice varied results, with the water occasionally feeling soft and other times a bit salty, the product generally performs well. It's worth noting that the price is slightly on the higher side. However, considering my experience and the improvement in water quality, I find the investment worthwhile.

I honestly hope I could have written something good about this product but there isn't one. Being supposedly a new innovation, even with a pending patent application, not does it fail in what it is supposed to do, but also causes further grievances. My use case: Water hardness (as per water test results ~500ppm of Ca and Mg ions). Please note this is water hardness and not TDS, which is ~820ppm. There is negligible iron or sulphur content and quite a bit of sediment since it's botewell water. Steps followed: As suggested in the product description, I fit the device inside the overhead water tank suspended by a string. That was around 4 months ago (it's Aug-25 now). Results: 1. No change in total hardness (still 550ppm of Ca and Mg). TDS is expected to remain same so that's not a problem. 2. Scaling issues not resolved in the bathroom, kitchen, fittings etc. 4. No change in hair dullness. In fact, my mother got skin rashes after a week of installation. But that could also be due to yhe water itself, so cannot really put this on the product. 3. The leak from the container, which some reviews say is expected and is harmless could be ignored but whats concerning is the plastic container is also eroding and that is dumpling micro-plastic in the water. I had taken a sample of water before installing this and after, and sent both samples for testing. Plastic contamination was after installing this product. So, overall results, no improvement is hardness of the water and it's effects, additionally there is risk of micro-plastic contamination. And I am postively confident, that the other brands selling a similar product is equally worthless. Therefore, not recommended at all.

The product is very good. It started working immediately. The difference in hardness I have experienced after 24 hr from the package delivered yesterday morning. I have dipped it as soon as received. Today checked the difference & very well satisfied with the result.

Does the job well but lasts only 6 months unlike the company's claim of an year.

A dependable choice for anyone looking for an easy and effective way to manage water hardness at home.
