Great replacement for my salomon speed cross. The included directions made putting them in fairly easy.

Put these on Salomon boots and shoes, works great so far. Don’t care for the medal connector that screws the ends together. Would prefer plastic to connect the ends.

Bought a pair of the "elastic" Speed Laces. They feel less secure for a physical activity. The end clip pulled off the first use. Bought them for my daughter for her basketball shoes. Kids need their shoes tied every five minutes unless you remember to double knot. I have Salomon's so I'm familiar and looked for some like those. It's still for a little kids so not trying to break the bank either. Made it through the first game no issues and no coaches timeout to tie the laces.

Should have stuck to the solomon brand replacement laces which I ended up buying regardless. The buckles that retain the string lace have no tension and kept loosening. Problem occurred on every shoe that I installed these on. Went on to buy the Solomon-brand laces, and no more issues...

I purchased these to replace the laces for my salomon xa forces mid boots. Initially, the instructions looked confusing but once you get started it's actually pretty simple and straight forward. Looks and works good as new.

Minus one star for how challenging it was to figure out the install (thank you YouTube!), they are perfectly sturdy and you can choose a different color if you want. I went with not using the plastic inserts things as I just couldn’t get the laces in. I just tie them the old fashioned way.
