Sweet - without the guilt!
Skinny Food Syrups have become regular in my kitchen cupboard.. Their syrups are thinner than ‘real’ syrups, as you might expect, but they taste good and, of course, keeps the calorie count at zero. They’re good in porridge, and equally nice swirled into yogurt or poured over pancakes. I’ve also started using them in baking - making low-sugar granola and biscuits, where they and favour and moisture without sabotaging the day’s numbers. If you’re on a calorie-controlled diet but still crave something sweet and syrupy, these are a good option. That said, as with all ‘low-cal’, diet or zero sugar foods, manage your expectations. These are honestly really good, but if you expect it to taste exactly like maple syrup you may be disappointed.

Decent
These are pretty good if you’re trying to cut back on the calories, totally recommend, but I think you should buy them from Tesco if you get chance, literally half the price 🙈 also it squirts out too fast lol

Excellent product
I buy this regularly and have tried a few flavours. All very authentically tasty, great to add to cake mix or for pouring over a sponge to give it a kick when making keto friendly sponge cakes. Not tried it on toast, it might be too sweet , but if spread thinly think it would last for a long time and still give you the sweet kick needed if you ahve a sweet tooth and don't want to be eating lots of calories to get the same sweet treat. Reasonbly priced, but would order more if it were much cheaper. Less calorie counting that a chocolate bar and for me, was a great product to have while on my keto diet.

its okay
quite thin in texture, tastes slightly watery... but it is good, and makes a hell of a difference when eating bland greek yogurt- you do have to be quite generous with it though. considering the price... it's okay at best in my opinion.

Tasty
I love the maple syrup it’s definitely the best out of every single one of these zero sugar syrups I have tried. The salted caramel isn’t bad either, I put it on strawberries

Bad
I am really not a fussy person, & usually like everything. I’m currently on my Keto diet and this time decided, because of sweet cravings, to buy these syrups for my iced coffees. However I wish I hadn’t. First of all it does state they are syrups so of course they are runny, but these squirt so much out at once there is no control, I don’t really understand why they are even in this packaging. But also the taste is really really artificial. I will stick to sweeteners because I don’t look forward to tasting or using these syrups sadly.

Just squirt in mouth and hunger pang solved, gives you enough happiness and motivation to wait for the next meal to help avoid eating something unplanned. Excellent flavour, delicious, no aftertaste, no sugar crash.

Bought this as a replacement for honey but am finding myself using at least 4x as much to even get a hint of flavour when mixed with greek yoghurt. As for the benefits? Dunno.
