Great program
Great routines, very clear directions I had done floor yoga several years ago, but no longer am able so hadn’t done any yoga or routine exercise for about three years. I was surprised how much the chair yoga helped me to maintain better posture, improve my breathing, and relax some tense muscles in my neck and hips.

I have been using Chair Yoga for just about a month! It is so easy to follow and can be done anywhere. I am starting to feel and see the difference in myself, not only on my body but in my mind as well! I feel calmer and more relaxed.

Truly effective, wonderful book!
This burger is perfect for seniors! It gives a clear and orderly breakdown of various poses, including their purpose with respect to bodily and breath impacts as well as proper execution. The font is blissfully large enough to read without pulling out reading glasses, and the diagrams are extremely helpful. There is a progressive routine to gently get started on the program in addition to a number of routines. My horrible back issues are improving noticeably through practicing this yoga and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I describe myself as utterly non-compliant, but with this easy guide Alex somehow got me to start and stay with the exercises she set up in the 28 day challenge! Already after the first few days, I had the feeling that getting up from a chair, getting into a car, and other things you would do around the house or outside were a bit easier than before.
