The nocks and inserts seemed to fit the bolt tightly enough, but the nock assembly bounced out on impact when the bolt hit my backstop. No damage, so I reinserted using a drop of glue. Worked fine after that. They will switch on if you try to drive the bolt home when seating it to your crossbow string. Use just enough pressure to snug the bolt on the string. You can switch them off easily enough. Otherwise, they work fine so far, and they are bright. No effect on accuracy. Definitely try them on a practice bolt first.

Bought these for a great price and good reviews. Very bright but break instantly. Shot twice and broke 2. Light up leaving my bow bit shut off on impact of a bag target. Wont work anymore.

These nocks are less expensive than many and come with bushings to fit many arrows--My arrows are Carbon Express pile drivers that advertise a .284 shaft diameter--the supplied bushings are .285--I used some very fine sandpaper to help with that .001 difference and they installed snugly with little difficulty--they are a little bit longer than OEM nocks but weight difference was negligible and when I test fired to check sight in zero they were were dead on---easy to turn on or off--I Like Them

The nocks installed easily, as described. I verified that they would illuminate, manually. They work with Barnett crossbows and de-activates the safety as designed. Opening morning I shot a large doe. The nock did not activate / illuminate. I searched the area looking for my crossbow bolt, I found my crossbow bolt two days later, in tall grass. It was a good shot the doe only went about 30 yards.
