I tried the Mig settings with the gasless welding wire that came with it and I am truly impressed at the ease and quality of the way it welds. I have not tried the stick or other settings. At the price point I got this, it is an unbelievable bargain

This thing is tiny, expected it to be bigger, but if it holds up then it will be a dandy little welder. Haven't tried it on 240v yet, but will in the coming days. It seems great so far but I wish I could dial in the wire speed myself. For someone starting off it might make things easier as it does weld decent with it being synergic. It has no trouble burning 7018s on 120v. A couple things I really dislike are the fact that it has a 120v plug and an adapter to go to 240, honestly wish it was a 240 plug with a 120 adapter, and the lack of control over the wire speed. Those 2 things aside, if its reliable it will probably be my go to welder as my memco weighs 86lbs and isn't overly portable. I'm sure I can play with the voltage and amperage and get it a little closer to where I want it. Should also note that I'm using gas and not flux core, I will probably never try it on fluxcore.

seems great so far. first try was on 1/8" steel and it had the power on 120v for it. in the pic my first weld in 10 years on the left, 2nd in center, 3rd try on right. its very small the size of a toaster. the blue screen is hard to see in the daylight. no wire feed control but works good. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it welded compared to my old chicago electric 110A. it was $85 you cant complain really.

Bought it about a year ago. Haven't had the chance to even use it til a month ago. Found out wire won't even feed through the lead. Been a welder in a factory for over 24 years so I know how to use a welder. Obviously something was defective from the beginning. Haven't had the opportunity yet to find out why wire won't feed. However, it's past warranty I'm sure and if I find what's wrong, it could be minor or major. I won't put any money into it. I can't give it but one star because I can't use it. The panel to open area where roll wire goes in was damaged when I received it. Did find the lead was defective from the factory. I did fix and it works when I pull the trigger, wire will now feed. But, would like to replace the lead and find where I can get more accessories.
