Love it, perfect for under my wedding dress. I like that it's a bit longer in the front and the sweetheart neckline keeps things from coming out of where I put them.I am a US women's 16 and usually wear an XL t-shirt. Based on the measurements, I ordered a 6x. I could probably have gone with a 5x but it would have been has loose as it possibly could be to get it on, and also no room for clinching at the hips for sure.However, the 6x is a little less than snug up top (40DD) as tight as it can go. I'll be able to use a push up pad for the wedding to make it work, hope this helps some folks with sizing.

This was an excellent purchase!! I was worried about ordering something like this online, I am very very large breasted. However I ordered a size 6x and it actually fit!!!! I am about a 42 G and although the girls are pushed up (it's the way I wanted it) the waist fits incredible! This is a very sturdy corset the material is a heavy ornate damask like material and the ribbons are very very sturdy. No rolling in the boning it's very stiff. Bought for under my wedding dress and I recommend this to everyone!!!!!

This made my breasts look terrible like a pancake. I normally wear a 42DDD. Def not what I needed for wearing under my wedding dress. I have no clue what this would be worn for.
